The kids are loving the Lego Star Wars advent calendar we bought this year to countdown the days till Christmas. If you have Lego loving little ones I highly recommend it.
Note: Each week I participate in the simple things photo challenge over at Simple As That. With this challenge I try to capture one image from my life, week, or day that brings me joy or makes me smile. So far, I have loved taking the time to document these simple things, and hope to continue doing so throughout 2011.

my 9 year old daughter has the lego city advent calendar and loves it immensely. it's the first thing she does each morning:)
